Change filters every six to eight months. Did you know that dirty air filters can lead to Dirty Air? Dirty air filled will allergens like pollen and mold can lead to sick time in the work place. Sick time means reduced productivity... do we need to go on?

Other Tips

1. Systems that control the environment in a building deteriorate with time and use, and must be rebalanced accordingly. An unbalanced system is usually fairly easy to notice due to lack of comfort, and/or employee complaints. This can lead to lost time and productivity!
2. When this is the case a preventive maintenance program can be effective at helping maintain the efficiency and life span of equipment.
