Filters are the first line of defense for your buildings Make-Up and Supply Air. They help control pollens and other allergens from getting into your building. They also protect the Coils and other components inside the Air Handling Units that help control the heating and cooling exchanges going on inside the units at coils and heat wheels, etc.

MTI's certified trained technicians will inspect and recommend filter change out when necessary. Many building owners/tenants assume this is being done quarterly, and quite frankly it is often forgotten.
